July 2008 – After tallying responses from readers in its 13th annual poll, Travel +Leisure has named Half Moon to the magazine’s 2008 World’s Best List. Amassing a score of 82.86%, Half Moon ranks among the best resorts in the Caribbean, Bermuda and the Bahamas.

The Travel + Leisure recognition comes on the heels of other international accolades the 400 acre resort has received since the start of the year. The new Fern Tree, the Spa at Half Moon was named to Conde’ Nast Hot List as one of the hottest new spas in the world. Conde’ Nast also rated the Half Moon Golf Course as one of the World’s Top 100 Golf Courses. In addition, American Airlines magazine Celebrated Living ranked Half Moon on their Reader’s Choice Platinum List while, Meetings and Conventions announced Half Moon as their 2008 Gold Tee Award recipient.
